We're looking for french speaking nurses to join our education programs. The overall goal of these programs is to stimulate patients towards an excellent therapy compliance. 

Description

You're prepared to work in a large part of Wallonia and GD Luxembourg.

The tasks of a compliance nurse include:

  • Visit patients at home, who suffer from a specific illness, and who are treated therefore with a certain treatment
  • Inform the patient about the diagnosis, in order to provide a better insight in the illness
  • Explain the prescribed therapy to the patients
  • Underline the importance of therapy compliance regarding the prescribed therapy
  • Build a relationship based on trust with the patient
  • Follow-up the medication use of the patients
  • Report to the pharmaceutical company in concern regarding the use of the specific therapy

In this job, nursing skills are extremely valuable and necessary, in order to be able to:

  • Stimulate patients towards self-care
  • Elaborate motivation techniques
  • Apply an Interdisciplinary approach (family doctors, home nurses, physiotherapists, ...)
  • Integrate cultural experiences into patient care

The process is a continuous guidance process in which different steps are taken: passing on knowledge, providing insight, teaching to accept change, motivating to therapy loyalty... with the aim of making the patient aware of the fact that there is hope for the future. 

Possibility for Part Time contract.

At least a bachelor in nursing
