For a European organisation in the diagnostic field, we are looking for a Communication Manager. This is a new position, created due to the growth of this dynamic company.

Description

• As Responsible for Communication, you will take care of the creation (form + content), the quality and the coherence of both internal and external communication, taking into account the strategy  employed within the company; all this in cooperation with General and Medical-technical Management.
• Development of scientific and medical communications.
• Development of internal communications, e.g. welcome new co-workers.
• Taking actions to develop a communication network in order to optimise the relations between the lab and its environment and its customers (patients, doctors, hospitals ...) via a spectrum of communication channels and tools (website, newspapers, intranet, posters, social media...)
• Improving the service the lab offers with regard to doctors, hospitals, companies…
• Participating in fairs, open houses, visits to the labs, forums...
• Representing the lab with regard to the leading authorities in Luxemburg.
 

Profile

  • You possess a customer-oriented approach, preferably acquired from experience in business development.
  • You master the most common informatics tools.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English, both orally and written.
  • You are communicative and social-minded, with in addition autonomous, meticulous and responsible as important characteristics.

Education

You possess a Master degree, preferably in a scientific-medical discipline with a specialisation in marketing / communication / public relations .

Experience

You have an experience in the healthcare industry (Pharma - Medical devices - Diagnostics) in a marketing-communication oriented position.
