Description
The main role of a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA), is to assist the Trial Managers and project teams in their day-to-day activities of managing clinical trials.
• Assist in keeping the investigator database up to date;
• Assist in preparing the Filing and Archiving Plan for the individual studies. Creating and maintaining binders;
• Assist in the overall departmental document clean out efforts;
• Organize Trial related meetings and write meeting minutes;
• Assist in compiling study status updates. Create and update study-tracking sheets;
• Extracting required data from internal and external systems to help preparing Executive Summaries and Newsletters;
• Involvement in interim analyses;
• Assist in organizing/maintaining eRoom access for trial team members and in keeping e-Room up to date with relevant documents;
• Prepare slides for presentations;
• Assist in creating and updating required documents in the coordination of the trial and follow up on approval if needed.
Profile
• Strong communication skills in English, Dutch and French;
• Stress resistant and well organised;
• Proactive and meticulously;
• Computer literate.
Education
Degree in administration (A1) or equivalent by experience.
Experience
Experience in a pharmaceutical company is a must, by preference as clinical trial or project assistant.
