What is our approach?

1. You brief us
   Depending on the objectives (recruitment, mutation, promotion, development…) we compile the relevant set of competencies to evaluate.
2. We define the assessment program
   We develop a tailor-made assessment program using different tools including a biographical interview,   in-basket tests, role playing sessions, a presentation and a competence-based interview.
3. We evaluate the candidate
   We measure each competence 2 times, include more than one qualified assessor and use different kinds of exercises. Our final evaluation includes all the information we obtained to offer you a realistic and complete report.
4. You get straightforward advice
   We send you a detailed, realistic and accurate report with clear and straightforward advice. At the end we also give the candidate constructive feedback.
